Nancy has honestly been such a blessing to our family. My son Leo can be quite a handful – he’s very boisterous, stubborn and quite clingy – but she has so much patience with him and really understands him in a way that means so much to me. It’s clear she genuinely cares for him, and the fact that he is always so happy and excited to see her says everything.

She is so kind, thoughtful and flexible, especially on the days when I’m running late – she always works with me and never makes me feel stressed or judged. It doesn’t feel like I’m just leaving my child with a childminder, it honestly feels like leaving him with someone I trust completely, like a friend.

I couldn’t recommend Nancy enough. She is amazing at what she does and I feel so lucky to have found her. I would 100% continue using her for all my children – she’s truly one of a kind.
