About Me

Hi, I'm Julia and I am an experienced Antenatal, Birth and Postnatal Doula, a member of Doula UK and a certified HypnoBirthing Teacher. I live in Tingley with my partner and 2 children. I am the Co-Chair for Leeds Maternity Voices Partnership, working with families to help improve maternity services in Leeds.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, enjoying days out or relax with a good book or Netflix series.

My Experience

I have completed my Doula training and become a recognised, experienced Doula and a member of Doula UK. I am also the Co-chair for Leeds Maternity Voices Partnership, where I work with many families across Leeds and Leeds NHS Hospital Trust, to help improve maternity services.

My Qualifications

A Doula UK Recognised birth & postnatal doula and certified HypnoBirthing teacher. I am also DBS checked.

My Availability

I will discuss my availability with you, depending on the kind of doula support that you are looking for, whether that is birth or postnatal support. For birth support I will be on call for you from week 38 of pregnancy and up until the birth. Antenatal and postnatal support will be discussed at our initial consultation. Hypnobirthing can be booked as a 1-1 course or a group course. All details can be found on my website, BABA Doula Services & Hypnobirthing.

My Fees

  • Doulas from £25.00 per hour
  • Babysitting from £25.00 per hour

My fees are reflective of the work that I do. I charge £899 for birth support or around £25 per hour for postnatal support. I have a number of different packages to suit your needs. I am flexible in terms of what you want your package to look like. My group HypnoBirthing courses are £250 per couple and my 1-1 HypnoBirthing courses start from £130.
