My son has been with Frances since he was 10 months old and she’s been absolutely fantastic from day one. Frances is loving, caring, kind and provides the children with a fun and home-from-home environment. My son has recently turned 3 and we’ve made the very difficult decision to move him to a nursery but we are all very sad to be leaving Frances.
Frances has taught me so much about parenting, I feel like she helped me develop a routine for Dominic and has always supported me with his eating and sleep patterns. I couldn’t have done it without her guidance and flexibility in mirroring what we were doing at home.
Frances is great at making sure the children are constantly having fun, learning and developing. She’s always taking them out to groups and the playground etc, they’ve been to Kew Gardens and the Wetland Centre. I love how she’s out and about with them all the time, doing new things and mixing with lots of other children.
We’re incredibly grateful for everything Frances has done for us, she’s played a huge part in giving Dominic a solid foundation for future years. Thank you, Frances.

Dianne looked after our two year old and we couldn't have been happier. Dianne is a loving, kind, generous and relaxed person. She is incredibly caring and provides such a homely environment for the children. Dianne is very flexible and accommodating, she made our lives so easy. Dianne goes above and beyond to do what is right for each individual child and the family. I really loved how Dianne would take our son to different toddler groups, the playground, to see the horses etc - she's always out and about which means the kids get such a great variety of entertainment and interaction with others. I would highly recommend Dianne and we were very sad to say goodbye when our son moved on to nursery.
