Hi I am Emma! I am a fun, creative and hardworking 21 year old who is passionate about childcare and keeping children happy whilst helping them develop in the best way possible. I am loving and dedicated to my role in looking after children from babies, to age 10. I enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places. I am a bubbly individual and will always go above and beyond to make sure I can accommodate the needs of the children and parents who I help and care for.
Having my recent role as a nursery practitioner has helped me learn effective ways to help children grow and learn through play and everyday routine. As I am a very creative person, I love setting up activities and fun things to do for all ages!
I have a big family who I am super close with and I enjoy spending time with them. I also have young children in my family so this has helped me gain more experience within the childcare sector.
I have worked in nurseries since 2019. I have also done babysitting since I was 16 so I have had plenty of experience when it comes to caring for children in a home environment!
I have a certificate in paediatric first aid training as well as recent experience in Makaton too. I have also had experience with children with additional needs.
I also have a full clean driving licence with my own car so travel and trips out wouldn't be an issue.
My Experience
I have worked in nurseries since 2019, varying from small private day nurseries, to larger private nurseries, so i have experience with fast paced busy childcare settings, and experience with more 1-1 care. I have done babysitting since I was 16 too which led me to continue in the childcare sector. I carried out work experience in a school for children with additional needs too, as well as working as a temporary 1-1 with a little boy from one of my nurseries. This has given me extra knowledge in this area. I have recently completed my qualification and would love to continue to demonstrate my skills as a nanny. In my current job, i only work 9 months of the year, so i am looking to go back to what i love doing for the other 3 months!
My Qualifications
I hold a level 3 diploma in children and young people's workforce which I have recently completed and this has helped me to develop my skills further.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Nannying from £11.00 per hour (gross)
I charge average hourly rates, babysitting rates rise to £11 for any hours after midnight.
