About Me
I am an energetic, upbeat educator who is soon celebrating her 10th anniversary of working with children aged 0-12 in day care, school and home environments. Multilingual (DE/EN/RU) and open to the world, I am particularly passionate about promoting children's language/communication skills as well as fostering kindness and respect towards others. As an active and healthy living enthusiast, I enjoy getting out and about with those in my care and preparing nutritious child-friendly meals. I now hope to become an integral part of a welcoming family to whom I can offer my reliable support with childcare, educational activities/tutoring as well as housekeeping over many years to come. Happy to work closely with parents as part of a team while also confident to organise my duties on my own initiative!
My Experience
5 years of tutoring/teaching primary school children aged 4-12 years, including those with additional support needs (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, EAL etc.)
3,5 years working in day care centres for children as young as 12 weeks up to the age of 6 years
6 months of part-time nannying for single parent family with two toddlers (G3, B1)
Ad-hoc babysitting for several families since my teenage years
Last but not least, I'm a proud aunt of two and godmother :)
My Qualifications
I have a university degree in Primary Teaching and have attended extensive CPD in Early Years education during my work in day care centres.
I have regularly attended paediatric first-aid training, most recently in 09/22.
If desired, I am happy to exchange my EU driving license for the UK version.
My Availability
For part-/full-time nannying: from January 2023
For ad-hoc babysitting: weekdays from 6pm, Saturday afternoon/evening and all day on Sunday
