About Me
Due to being a working mother of 4, for over 20 years, I know the difficulties and struggles in which parents face to secure affordable and reliable childcare within our local area. I aim to provide a warm, nurturing, stimulating and friendly environment for children whilst building positive relationships with the children in my care ensuring that their individual needs are met. I also hope to build strong and positive relationships with parents/guardians of children to ensure that I have a full understanding of all social, emotional, physical, cultural, and spiritual needs that may need to be met. I will ensure I meet the children’s individual needs by offering a relaxed and happy atmosphere, providing a child led service and promoting outdoor play through healthy and active activities whilst promoting physical development through play. I will encourage group activities and teach children to show respect for each other and to ensure each child is provided with enough physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development that they require to reach their individual goals.

I have over 12 years of professional experience working with children in a variety of professional contexts along with 20 year experience as a mother of 4 children.
