We've been with Vera for almost a year now, since my daughter was 14 months old, and it's been great to see my daughter adapting well once settled in as I headed back to work full-time. I was anxious at first since my daughter had separation anxiety and doesn't sleep well at night, but I can see that Vera really cares about the children in her care and works on building a trusting relationship with them. It's been a pleasure watching my daughter learn new things and enjoy her time together with her little peers.

Vera's setting is very clean and welcoming, and feels like a cosy home from home. She has been very mindful and accommodating of any allergies; my daughter seems to enjoy her meals and has become a better eater, and there are always a variety of indoor and outdoor activities at home, including excursions to the local park and library etc. and getting fresh air in rain or shine. Vera is communicative with any updates, she provides useful feedback, advice and reassurance if there are any concerns and it gives me peace to know that my daughter is safe and seems to be thriving in her care.
