Didn't get past initial conversation
Ms. Fix-it contacted me about an available job. I explained what I needed in some detail - including my child being autistic, and needing specialised support.
She was very short with the reply, "I have experience with special needs children" and immediately redirected me to her booking site, without checking on any of the specifics I'd mentioned - other than the fact that I just needed a single days care (at that stage).
I'd asked if I could meet her beforehand, let her meet my child, to let her see how their special needs affected their behaviour and daily routine - and she replied two days later with "I don't do interviews. You book in trust. I show up to serve you."
Felt like I'd asked her if she was available to clean my house, not care for my child. Very unsettling. Have evidence of all contact if asked.

The perfect and on time review I got in the past was from a parent with special needs child- we never had a reason to meet in advance prior to start of the job and was 100% impressed.
I’ve got an autistic child in the family.
I’ve consulted on several occasion with a special needs school.
I’ve been declining job offers recently on health grounds, distance and other reasons best known to me.
If my service offer doesn’t match your needs, it’s absolutely fine.
I’m seeking ideal customers.
People requiring emergency care based on my availability.
