Jay is fantastic, she fits in so well with our family and is so caring and loving towards our son. She has learned how to care for him when he is well and also when he is unwell and is competent in chest physio therapy, operating a bipap machine, sectioning, peg feeding and giving medications. Jay has never let us down and has such a brilliant bond with our son who adores her as do I and we feel very lucky to have found her

Roz is fantastic. She helps look after my son who has a variety of special needs. She is efficient, kind caring and has never let us down. My other children also love her!!
