My Requirements

Our son is attending school at Langley school in Four Oaks. We live a five minute walk from the school, and are looking for a after school nanny Monday through Friday from about 2:45-6:30pm. We can be flexible on end times and also if you are not available all 5 days (but Tues Thurs and Friday are essential) Julian is autistic, minimally verbal and requires help with self-care needs. He has a generally happy /joyful disposition and mostly prefers to play independently but still likes being around other people. He loves letters, singing, numbers and fidget spinners.

Because of his SEN needs it would be helpful to have someone with experience with autism, but we are open to those willing to learn. I can work from home as he starts school to assist his nanny(s) with building a relationship with him and understanding him/his needs before I go back to working in-office.

Because this role would include picking Julian up from school a five minute walk away and walking him home, it is essential that you have reliable transportation to the school (buses in our area are not reliable).
