Freya was great from the start!! From initial messaging to discuss my needs in more depth, to meeting Freya and her providing all documents and answers to any questions I had. Then meeting my children to introduce them to support their transitional needs. Freya has been thoroughly professional and lovely throughout. My boys loved her and although my circumstances changed last minute, Freya has remained lovely and totally understanding. On top of this she is a really lovely, kind personality who I am grateful to have met. Will definitely book her again !!x
