If we weren’t moving, Adile would have become a permanent part of our family.

She started looking after our baby boy when he was 4 months old, and he is so happy to see her every time she arrives. We cannot fault her - great communication, punctual, respectful, so caring and nurturing, clean, proactive.

She made a conscious effort to not expose him to screens, and it’s been wonderful to see their bond develop through tummy time, reading stories, walks and lots of cuddles.

I was breastfeeding and occasionally bottle-feeding when I had work calls - Adile always checked which I preferred and was ready with clean bottles to feed our baby when needed.

When we’ve needed a bit of flexibility, it has been so easy to co-ordinate. We even got to have our first baby-free date night thanks to Adile and how much we trusted her.

She is truly a gentle soul and any child would be lucky to have her as their nanny.
