We call her “The Pro”. Olivia has helped us tens, maybe hundreds of times now, over the years on an ad hoc basis. That has included night stays looking after both our pre-school boys while both parents have been out late, as well as responsive and engaging care for our boys in a variety of situations during daytimes and evenings. A great communicator, highly experienced, and calm, friendly and thoughtful always. Highly recommended!
