About Me
Qualified teacher and experienced tutor that will help your child reach their targets, whilst making learning fun and enjoyable. My teaching philosophy is student-centred; I tailor tutoring to your child's learning needs. Aside from focusing on academic content, I aim to build a positive relationship with students. I offer a patient, kind and understanding approach to build their confidence in subjects.
I have taught and assisted in all levels of education, from primary school level to KS4 (GCSEs). I specialise in:
- KS1/KS2 English/Phonics, Maths
- KS3/4 History and Geography.
My Experience
I have extensive experience teaching those with special needs; especially learners with autism and ADHD. Accommodating your child's learning needs is a number one priority.
My Qualifications
PGCE Secondary School History (with Qualified to teach status)- Liverpool John Moores University.
BA (Hons) Archaeology and History of Art - University of Manchester.
A Levels: A*-A in History, Archaeology, English Literature and Geography.
Child Psychology Advanced Diploma Level 5
Childcare Advanced Diploma Level 7
BTEC Level 1 Children's and Young People's Settings
My Availability
I have a wide range of availability as I'm currently taking a break from teaching to study. I'm a full time masters student.

- Tutoring from £25.00 per hour

In-person £25. I can travel to you.
