About Me
We are a married couple with two daughters: our eldest is starting Reception this September, and our youngest is 20 months old — full of happiness, energy and curiosity. She’s at a lovely stage where every day brings a new word (we’re bilingual, so it can be anything!) and she’s always ready for a laugh.
We’re relocating to Ashlawn Gardens next weekend and had childcare arranged, but due to a change in circumstances we are now looking for the right person to join our family’s routine. We’re warm, easygoing and organised, and we really value a childcare provider who is kind, reliable and confident with toddlers.
We both work from home, with our office on the top floor. If we go with a nanny, there is dedicated space downstairs — playroom, kitchen, lounge — plus the girls’ bedroom on the first floor. If we choose a childminder, we’re very happy with a setting outside the home. No dietary requirements.
We want someone who feels like a natural fit and who enjoys being part of a lively, happy little girl’s day.
My Requirements
Start date: September
Child: 20?month?old daughter
Minimum days needed: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday every four weeks
Potential additional days:
Full Mon–Tue–Thu–Fri depending on rates
Scope for Mon–Tue–Wed–Thu if helpful
Hours:
Childminder: approx. 8:20–16:00
Nanny: approx. 9:00–15:00
Location: Ashlawn Gardens, Rugby

We are still reviewing options and would love to speak with childminders or nannies who feel their approach aligns with our family’s routine and values. We’re looking for someone warm, dependable and experienced with toddlers — someone who will enjoy our daughter’s fun, lively personality and help her continue to grow confidently.
