Absolutely terrible

I would advise that you do not use this person. She started picking up my children and, after 3 weeks and them starting to trust her (plus me rearranging their schedule and my whole work schedule) she dropped us in it and said she can no longer collect them with no notice whatsoever and no apology or accountability.
