I don't know how Naila does it full time! She is available whenever we need her. I'm a nurse and sometimes work night shifts and have random community patients here and there and she really just makes my schedule possible as she's always there for us. My first boy grew with her from when he was 1 and he's now 4. He's made friends there and have made her home his home. My second boy is now growing up with her too and from the moment Naila held him, I knew he felt that warmth from her. He never just went with anyone at that time. Now he's so free and loves her and her family. We are so so thankful for you. What can we do without you, Naila?! Here's credit to her kids and her new assistant too.
