The best start, couldn’t be happier

Our son started with Lisa and Paul the day after his first birthday, and he’s now 2. We interviewed two other Childminders but were looking for someone who had a bit of a Montessori ethos -Lisa and Paul have a dedicated space in the garden for growing fruit and veg, and have kept caterpillars to turn into butterflies - and a gentle parenting style - seeing past the behaviour to the underlying emotion, being responsive and talking the emotion through. They’re both kind, patient, and empathetic. My husband and I love our joint WhatsApp group with Lisa who writes a report each day (food, sleep, activities) accompanied by multiple photos. Our son is thriving, and we’re delighted to have found them.
