Monica is very caring and loving with the twins. They both love her and will always give her cuddles when they see her or saying good bye. She is very attentive and observant with them and will often notice their development before even we have. She has helped with their development and introduced different toys and developmental activities as they grow. She is also firm, fair and calm with them when they are mis-behaving. Her home is immaculate and a really welcome environment for the kids. We will be sad to leave her.
