We booked Hannah to look after our 4 year old son while we were out for the evening. Hannah offered to come and meet us all at our house prior to the evening and was an instant hit with our son.

On the night, Hannah made Ellis feel at ease and settled him well after we left, a situation he wasn't familiar with. She handled bedtime brilliantly and the feedback we got from our son in the morning was to ask when she was coming back
