My Experience

I have raised 3 children of my own who are now young adults and have regularly looked after the children of several families in my local area for the last 7 years on a sole charge basis (where I moved in for a week when parents had to travel and for weekends so they could enjoy a much needed break) and also for regular school pick ups and evening cover. I spent a year (Sept 2022-Sept 2023) looking after a baby boy full-time (4 months - 15 months old) and more recently a 6 month temporary role caring for a baby girl who was 12 months old when I started.
Nutritious food is vital for a growing child and I am able to cook meals/ snacks from scratch and encourage healthy eating as well as helping with homework and organising art & craft activities, music appreciation, nature walks and museum visits for the children in my care.

My Qualifications

I have a wealth of experience gained from raising my own family who have grown in to polite, well-mannered people and have been a nanny for several families over the last 7 years with children ranging from 16 weeks old up to 11 yrs.
Excellent references are available from all my ex-employers on request.
I recently completed BABYEM Postnatal Maternity Nurse Care Training and Introduction To Baby Massage Workshop.
Intermediate Spanish speaker.
Strong swimmer.
I am Covid vaccinated, have an Enhanced DBS certificate (on the update list) and have completed a Tigerlily OFSTED approved paediatric first aid course.
