My 10 year old son was in Derek's care for a good part of the year after I started a new job. What can I say Derek is super professional but relaxed and communicated everything with me superbly from day 1. As a family our experience with Derek was truly special and my son built a great relationship with Derek and other children in Derek's care. I always felt like my boy was safe with him and Derek's punctuality and caregiving are exceptional. Always there exactly when needed and even went out of his way to support us with drop offs in the evening. My son felt safe and cared for but most Important for him he had fun with Derek and went on many trips after school to the park and other activities like playing football. Derek even supported my boy to laminate a certificate and I cannot thank him enough! The environment is well equipped with activities and is well maintained and comfortable! Highly reccomended provider that if I ever need childcare have already discussed will be my first port of call...will be hoping he is available 🙏
