Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Derek. He’s been an absolute lifeline for my family. As a childminder, he not only handles the drop-offs and pick-ups with reliability, but he’s also formed this beautiful bond with my son. Derek takes the time to understand his unique learning style, keeps him engaged with indoors and outdoor activities and communicates so well with both of us. His services and care have truly become part of our family dynamic and I can’t recommend him highly enough to any parent looking for a childminder. His communication is outstanding and I always feel informed and supported. My son sees him as a friend and it’s truly amazing to me that Derek made him feel like he belonged, never once making us feel any discrimination or doubt.
