I have been working with children and babies for over 15 years and have knowledge and experience with all age groups.
I have worked in many different settings, from schools, nurseries, after school clubs and homes.
You could describe my attitude to childcare as hands-off and holistic. I think children thrive when they are appropriately supported, guided, and encouraged in their adventures.
