Lou was absolutely brilliant with my boys, one of whom was only 10 months. She kindly looked after them while we were at a wedding, played, fed, bathed and put them to bed. The boys had a great time and loved her. Communication was great from beginning to end and helped having a call before as we were not local. I would highly recommend Lou - very diligent, friendly and reliable.
