Jean responded to my advert on here at a time of desperate need. Having never used a childminder before, we were very apprehensive and anxious about the huge decision in putting our 18month old boy into childcare. Jean was fantastic in accommodating our needs and also reassuring us that there is a process and eventually our boy will settle. 6months later our boy is fully settled and really excelling in all areas.
