Yasmin always been professional and pontual. She is really comprehensive person, always there when I need. I have two children with special needs and they really love her. She knows how to engage with them, she always listened what I said about them and the all instructions to make work smooth. She gave me some suggestions about sleeping time and I put on practice and is working really well with my son.
While I am at work she sends pictures and messages to give me updates and show me how they are. This makes me feel good, to make sure my children are happy and safe.
She is clean, and even me saying she doesn't need to clean, she does and help me a lot. When I came back from work I don't need to worry about cleaning home.
During day shift she always keep the children busy and playing.
During the night she keeps the same routine and she always pay attention to them because my children wake up multiple times.
I am more than happy with her service.
