We exchanged a few messages and I was excited to have someone nearby to help me manage childcare.
First appointment moved last minute due to her childcare issues, tried to arrange another date but this became a challenge with restrictive future dates/not being available during school holidays/not responding to messages.
Feels a shame as I am very flexible and would be happy to work around a childminder, but this has been very challenging when this process is meant to help ease parents.
Extra Star given as Lauryn is kind, but potentially not readily available for parents in need, so advert can be misleading.
