We couldn’t be happier with the level of care and support that Jenny & Sean has provided for our daughter Isla.
We were extremely nervous about how Isla would settle when she started her childcare sessions, and we missed her dearly. Jenny and Sean went to great lengths to reassure us and we appreciated their honest feedback on some of Islas more unsettled earlier days.
In general, we have been extremely impressed with the effort and attention to detail that Jenny and Sean have put into their business. The exciting themes and educational activities that they have applied to the children's schedule is very special.
Also of note is the great communication Jenny and Sean provide, both written and verbal. The daily update graphics are insightful and informative, perfectly capturing a summary of how Isla has been getting along and what she’s been up to during her day.
Equally, we always know where we stand with changes in policies and awareness of illnesses etc.
We can’t thank Jenny & Sean enough, and it means the world to us that Isla is in such safe hands and is so happy.
