Just awful, Joanna did a no show on the day she was meant to start, didn’t bother to call or text to let us know she no longer wanted the role. After several hours of her ignoring my calls and texts she sends a message stating she doesn’t want the job. This is on her start day and 1 week before my return to work ! leaving me without any childcare. I can’t think of anything worst.
