I honestly cannot thank Rajith and the team at Shinning Stars Nursery enough for everything they have done for my twins.

Returning to work after spending two years at home with them was one of the most emotional and worrying times for me as a parent. My twins had never been away from us and had very little interaction with other children. They were extremely clingy, especially one of them, and at the time we were also dealing with delayed speech and very picky eating. I constantly worried about how they would cope in a nursery setting.

When I found Shinning Stars Nursery, Rajith immediately put my mind at ease. She listened to all of my concerns and reassured me that the twins would be okay. She was incredibly understanding, flexible with my work rota, and even allowed us to pay weekly instead of requiring full payment upfront. That kindness and support meant so much to our family.

The first few weeks were not easy, but Rajith and her team showed so much patience, care, and understanding. They never made me feel like my children were "too much" or difficult. Instead, they worked with them, encouraged them, and helped them settle in at their own pace.

Looking back to March and seeing how far they have come brings tears to my eyes. The transformation has been amazing. They now run into nursery happily and genuinely look forward to attending. Their speech has improved so much, they can identify colours, count from 1 to 10, ask for food and water, and are becoming more confident and independent every day.

As a parent, there is no better feeling than seeing your children happy, thriving, and excited to learn. Shinning Stars Nursery has played such a huge part in their development, and I will always be grateful for the love, care, and support they have received.
