I began my work at Phoenix primary school with an education agency (Sugarman) after being in this role for a short time the school offered me a position on their permanent staff team, which I accepted.
My roles and responsibilities as a learning support assistant consist of working closely with teachers and children within a specific class, and ensuring that the children are reaching their full potential, both in educational achievements as well as life learning skills.
I am involved in preparing and delivering learning programmes and providing support to individual children within these individualised educational tasks.
I provide 1:1 support to some individuals that require extra support to manage in the classroom, as well as working in small or large groups of children to carry out and deliver activities.

I used kifaya as a hotel baby sitter but will now call upon her as our regular sitter. Kifaya was understanding , supportive and even went out her way to accommodate certain requirements. My son has autism and other complex issues that kifaya dealt with impeccably. Kifaya fed him changed him, his clothes and understood he doesnt like too much Intervention. My son was happy upon arrival and so was she . Fantastic childcare that I highly recommend
