I enquired about childcare for my daughter a few months ago. They seemed uninterested from the start, when I asked questions they ignored and pushed me to a different provider. Also said they would get back to me "asap" about a place but since ghosted me. Trying to find childcare for children is hard enough and it was super upsetting and disappointing to just letting brushed off and left without a response from someone so highly recommended.
