I am so honoured I’ve found Charlotte to look after my daughter. She is very kind, genuine and caring, with a positive personality. She is very well organised, prepared, responsive to needs, and supportive no matter what is it about.
In her care my daughter easily settled in, and found herself. My daughter started to speak in english with Charlotte as a second language and was able to speak in just a couple of months. We also got help from her with my daughter eating difficulties, and lactose intolerance in the beginning, and she was always worked with us to get the best out of every situation.
I will be always grateful for her, the love, the kisses and hugs she gave for my little girl.
