Charlotte is a fantastic childminder with a caring, calm and encouraging manner. She has looked after our daughter Freya for almost two years. Freya has thrived in Charlotte’s care, she enjoys her days and comes home excited to tell us about it.

Charlotte is extremely conscientious and organised which is reflected in all aspects of her business. Each day is well-planned with time for play, activities, rest and often outings to a play-group or park. She prepares home-cooked meals with lots of variety, which has really helped my daughter to try new things. Charlotte’s communication is great, she provides regular updates through the day and thinks ahead to challenges that might arise. As a first-time mum I’ve really appreciated her support with tackling things like sleep changes, picky eating and potty training, she always has ideas to try and is keen to be consistent with our routine at home.

Charlotte has created a very nurturing and positive environment. She has built a lovely bond with Freya and I really believe that this has helped Freya become such a happy and confident child. We feel very grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her to others.
