Millie is an absolutely amazing nanny to my little girl. They have the most incredible bond. I was really nervous at first with the transition, but Millie was there supporting my baby and myself. She has helped grow my daughter’s speech development and takes her to local toddler classes to support her social development. All I hear downstairs when I’m working is the two of them laughing or singing together. Millie will forever be apart of my family.

Millie has been looking after our little boy twice a week since he was just 3 months old. She is fun, gentle and incredibly caring - his little face lights up when she arrives in the morning! As anxious first time parents, Millie gives great advice & inspires confidence - we trust her 100%. We have worked together to create & adapt his routine, which Millie implements flawlessly alongside lots of games, songs & sensory play to help him hit all the usual milestones. I could not recommend Millie enough and would always be happy to provide a more detailed personal reference!

Millie has been working for me for almost 6 months currently and I highly recommend her as a trusted childcare professional , immediately made me feel at ease as a first time parent entrusting a nanny to look after my infant, she’s nurturing, good fun and is creative at inventing fun educational play sessions for my infant who really enjoys her time with her , she also takes the time to record milestones, make snacks , sings songs and could give Mary Poppins a run for her money . Recommended
