I am a friendly and approachable person, I love animals and have a crazy puppy Nala. I also have two young children. I love exploring the countryside and playing at the beach. I make a great batch of slime and love cooking new foods for my little people to ignore!
My Experience
At the moment I am looking for a nanny position or babysitting work. Am pretty open and keen for variety so even if you only need help ad hoc I'd love to hear from you.
Since moving back to Pembs Ive been working with children with challenging behaviour, and supporting families on the edge of care, during this time Ive learnt allot about PACE as an approach to working with children and built up experience working alongside children with special educational needs.
Prior to this I worked as a sole charge Nanny, Primarily in Cardiff, I also did a year in New Zealand. I have worked with multiple children and twins doing everything from early mornings, late nights and staying at the family home when they were away for work, these jobs were with children from 10 months upto 11 years. I have also worked as a nursery nurse, with all ages but mostly with 1-4year olds. I have allot of expereince planning activities for children to aid their development and ensuring they have opportunities for social development.
My Qualifications
NVQ3 in early years (0-8)
Diploma in childcare and education.
First Aid
Diploma in Child Psychology
Degree in Psychology
Nvq 3 in health and social care (young people)
