Avoid this person

This lady called me today , even if we never came across before on the website.
She was very aggressive in her ton voice and also she was calling me" rude ",because I asked her if we spoke before ,as I don't recognise her phone number . She was asking me where do I live , whdout knowing if I need her services or agreed on something . I found it so strange and I refused answer her questions, reason why she became conflictual and calling me rude for the second time. Even if I told her that I don't need her service she keeped calling me rude for the 3rd time . I log in to the Web to see who she is . She even don't have a profile picture with a clear face view . No DBS or any provided documents. I'm very worried of her beeing around children.
