My name is Alia.
I am a mother of two children and an early year educator, holding a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in health and social care as well as studying NCFE CACHE Level 3 in childcare and education. I've worked for 2 years as a nursery assistant in various settings, caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years. So, I'm well-versed in the Early Years Foundation Stage. (EYFS)
I do not smoke so my home is smoke free. I do have a pet, a Ragdoll cat, who is docile and sweet. Because of his friendly demeanour and laid-back nature, he is popular in my family, and he will gladly take on the role of best friend around anyone.
My Experience
I previously worked with the NHS for 5 years and worked in numerous nurseries and daycares as a nursery assistant for almost 2 years. Throughout my life, I have helped my sisters and friends raise their children by babysitting for free. I have a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in health and social care, and studying in CACHE Level 3 Childcare and Education. As a mother of two children, I understand the importance of providing young children with a caring and supportive atmosphere. My parenting experience has enabled me to develop a warm and compassionate approach to childcare that comforts children and parents. I am kind, patient, and caring and I enjoy being around children. I am also confident when dealing with children of different ages and backgrounds. I am multilingual and I speak English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu fluently.

Alia cared for our baby since he was 10 months old. She was so caring, keeping us updated through the day, planning lots of activities so we knew our son was enjoying her nursery. She was flexible with our needs, a very kind human being and a professional childminder. Strongly recommend Ali's beautiful home nursery~~

We have our daughter with Alia nearly 3 month; she always sends us report and update about my daughter during/after day; she is local to us and my daughter knows her well. We are happy with her service and my daughter feels comfortable of staying with her; would like to continue working with her on Childminding for my daughter.

Alia babysat for us- she arrived early, having made sure we had see all her documentation. She was good with the children (4 and 8) and messaged to let us know all was fine. We would recommend her and hope to use her again.
