Reema’s care is second to none. Even though my daughter is a Velcro baby, she has never once been upset about going — in fact, she gets excited the moment we mention Reema’s name! The joy in her face when she goes is the greatest reassurance a parent could ask for.

What sets Reema apart is her genuine love for the children she cares for. Her warmth, patience, and selflessness shine through in everything she does. She sends lovely updates and photos throughout the day, which has been such a comfort and has really helped ease my anxiety.

The bond she shares with the children is beautiful to witness — it’s so clear how much they adore her, and my daughter has formed such a special connection with her.

We are absolutely heartbroken to be leaving Giggles and Grins due to a house move far out of the area. If we could take Reema with us, we would in a heartbeat! I can’t recommend her highly enough — any family would be incredibly lucky to have her in their child’s life.
