About Me
I am a mum to two children (4 and 12). My husband and I work full time and both children are in full time school and nursery.
Both children have routines and our oldest has specific routines that they rely on (Autism) to cope.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone with SEN experience to support with homework, having fun, bedtime routines and sometimes being there whilst the children are in bed to allow us some time to go out (once a week/ fortnight).
We would like someone who is very good at maintaining routines and encouraging positive behaviour, but who is also fun, reliable and has good attention to detail.
The right person would be needed for mostly after school/ evening work but potentially some mornings before school too (although not at the moment).
Due to school timings for our oldest child, Wednesday afternoons would be an essential.
