Liene is a hero, at the start we changed our requirements (times of day/night) and Liene was very understanding and accommodating and made herself available. Very hands on and brilliant with the kids, everytime we said Liene was coming round the kids got all excited, very reliable and always made the last minute requests which was a blessing. Although I no longer need Liene to babysit for me as often she will definitely be my first point of contact if I need anyone.
Time keeping was excellent always arrives with a smile.
This was my first time using this app and first time using an outside babysitter which was daunting at the start but thanks to Liene she put our minds at ease.
