We cannot recommend Valya highly enough. She has been an absolutely wonderful nanny to our children, and saying goodbye has been incredibly difficult for all of us. Her time with our family has come to an end only because our children have now started school, otherwise, we would have been delighted to continue having her as part of our family.

From the very beginning, she has been exceptionally reliable, honest, trustworthy and dependable. We have always had complete peace of mind knowing that our children were in her care. She is punctual, responsible and incredibly conscientious, and we have always been able to rely on her without hesitation.

What makes her truly special, however, is the genuine love and affection she has for our children. She has cared for them as though they were her own, with enormous warmth, patience and kindness. She has been much more than a nanny to them, she has been a trusted and loving presence in their everyday lives, and they have formed a very special bond with her. We have always felt that their happiness, safety and wellbeing were genuinely her priority.

She is also exceptionally efficient and organised. She keeps everything beautifully clean and tidy, is proactive rather than needing to be asked to do things, and manages the many demands of family life with remarkable competence. She is someone who sees what needs doing and simply gets on with it.

Her flexibility has also been invaluable to us. She has always been accommodating when our plans or schedules have changed and has approached occasional additional requests with a positive and helpful attitude. She has made our lives considerably easier and has always been willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Most importantly, she is a person of wonderful character and integrity. We have trusted her completely with our children and our home, and we have never once had reason to question that trust.

She has become a very important part of our family, and we are genuinely sad that this chapter has come to an end. We feel extremely lucky to have had her looking after our children during such an important part of their early years.

Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Valya looking after their children. We recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation. She would be an exceptional nanny for any family, and we would be very happy to speak personally with anyone considering employing her.
