Kim is wonderful, she has been with our family since our son was 10 months old (he is now five and started school), she has cared for him in our house and become part of our family.
Kim is kind, generous, and one of the most loving people I know. My son adores her and she is his very best friend as well as being an incredible carer.
Her background in teaching has meant that she has always been able to anticipate his developmental needs and from a young age, provided him with little play stations and sensory setups. She is very child lead and I often come home to find her dressed as a pirate or a doctor's patient :)
As a person, she is completely trustworthy and the most punctual person I know (always first at school pick up). We are not a screen-based household and Kim is not a screen person which has been wonderful for us too. I always return to a tidy house and a very happy child, which is a complete joy.
I could not recommend her enough, she is a truly special person.
