My Experience

I've been a parent for 15 years so have hands-on experience, and previously worked on paediatrics and obstetric theatres at UHCW.

Also worked as a temporary nursery practitioner to cover absence for Tommies Childcare.

I provide mother's help to my clients, working with neurodiverse families providing body doubling throughout daily routines including being the extra pair of hands catching up on laundry, organising, babysitting, supporting parent's as they navigate parenthood.

I've led two fundraisers to raise money for Tommy's Baby Charity and Birmingham Children's Hospital, also raised funds for paediatrics at UHCW for them to buy essential items not supplied by the NHS. I arrange toy and clothing donations for local charities who help families in crisis, and for paediatrics at UHCW.

I also with social services within the fostering network, providing transport to children and young people, to and from school/residential placement. I have a full clean driving license plus full MOT.

Working with various families and supporting their needs to take care of their precious little ones including twins. I also have experience in the nanny share role where I have supported two and some times three families at the same time.

I started work as a nanny early this year.

Duties as a live out Nanny working with various families in Coventry and surrounding areas:
• Provide both sole care and shared care (multiple children multiple families)
• Prepare & cook nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks
• Ensure that the children's toys and equipment are maintained and clean
• Organise trips that promote the child’s social and educational development
• Arrange play dates, social activities with pre-school groups
• Keep the parents fully informed of their child's day and progress
• Take children to visit peers in parks and to go on walks
• Keep children’s room tidy with a constant eye for safety
• Sterilise bottles and prepare milk feeds
• Homework supervision and assistance
• Assist the household by preparing evening meals
• Maintain photo narrative/diary of weekly events and activities
• Review and discuss weekly activities with the parents
• Maintain regular toilet visits and nappy changing and cleaning
