My Experience

I have experience working with children from newborn to 12 years old, including children with special needs. This experience includes 3 months of work experience in a nursery with children aged 2-3, over a year working in an after school club with children aged 4 to 12, and nannying for several families, with children from newborn to 10. Whilst nannying, I have worked in both sole and shared care situations, and have helped with tasks such as school pick ups, bath and bedtime routine, dinner routine, creating educational activities to aid development, and generally keeping children entertained and active. I spent 3 months abroad as part of my previous position and provided care for a toddler and baby whilst living with the family. I am a good cook (and an even better baker) so can prepare meals for the children and family, and can provide light housekeeping and pet care depending on your requirements. I greatly enjoy being outside and preparing arts and crafts activities, so am well equipped to keep your children entertained!

My Qualifications

I have a Level 3 OCN accredited Postnatal Maternity Nurse certificate, which focusses on the care and development of babies from birth to 12 months old. I also have an enhanced child work force DBS on the update service, safeguarding training, Jersey’s children first essentials training, and have paediatric first aid training. In addition, I have 11 GCSEs (nine at a Grade 9, one at a Grade 8, and one at a Grade 7) and 3 A levels (grades A*AB) I am happy to get any further qualifications that you may want me to get.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
• Nannying from £16.00 per hour (net)

Willing to negotiate rate.
