About Me
I am a college student looking for babysitting jobs. I am a very enthusiastic and active person that enjoys taking care of children. In the future I want to be a peadiatric mental health nurse. I have experience working with children with additional needs, ranging from ASD, Down’s syndrome and physical impairment like wheelchair bound persons or hard of hearing persons. Additionally I speak 3 languages (Spanish, English and Greman) so I can help tutor primary and secondary children with their language lessons as well as any other class they might struggle in. I can also help around the house if needed.
My Experience
I volunteer with a charity called SHIP Perthshire since September 2022. My role is one on one care for children with additional needs, I entertain them and encourage creativity whilst offering a safe environment for them to learn and make mistakes.
My Qualifications
I am first aid certified and have a Disclusure Scotland background check that was done prior to starting my volunteer work.
My Availability
I am available anytime during school holidays, including overnight when necessary.
