My Requirements
I have 2 kids, both boys. Elder one is 7yrs and the younger one is 2yrs. My elder kid need special attention and assistance. Since I am working and most of my wife time goes in care of the elder kid, the younger one is missing most of learning time at this age. We are looking for child minders who has experience in assisting kids with special need and can also assist us with learnings of the younger one in terms of his speech/language/potty training etc..
