I also have a degree in Business Management, (level 6 with honours) which helps me stay organised and manage routines easily

Finding the right person to care for our little one was really challenging, but if you are looking for someone who provides a nurturing, genuinely loving environment, that's Carmen! (Long review alert! Lol!)
From day one, she created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that this isn't just a job for her; it’s a passion. Our baby took a little while to settle in, but Carment was so patient!!
From day 1, we have been consistently updated about our child's progress, with lots of photos :)
We even noticed improvements in our child’s social skills, vocabulary, and independence since they started with her. Every week there are new crafts and sensory activities.
Professionalism and Communication? Top tier! We never have to question what's happening because we are always kept in the loop.
Carmen is a rare find. The peace of mind we have knowing our little one is in her care is priceless.

Our son has been with Carmen for a while now and loves his time there. There is no tears that drop off as he's so excited to see his friends and Carmen sends us lots of lovely pictures and updates of what they get up to during the day.
In a world where we have so many things to worry about it's so nice to be able to leave our child in the hands of someone who is trustworth and loving and treats our child like her own. If you are looking for a childminder, you'd be very happy with leaving your kid with her.

As a first-time mum returning to work when my son was just 9 months old, I was naturally anxious about leaving him in someone else’s care. From the moment we met Carmen, however, those worries quickly faded. She has created a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment that truly feels like a home away from home.
Carmen is not only incredibly loving and attentive, but also deeply committed to the holistic development of every child in her care. I’ve been continuously impressed by the variety and creativity of the activities she plans – from muddy car washes and polar adventures, to dentist role play, reading sessions, pizza-making classes, nursery rhyme discos, and picnics. These aren’t just fun—they are thoughtfully designed to support the children’s cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
As a parent, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is thriving in a caring and enriching setting. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and cannot recommend her enough.
