I also hold a Business Management degree (Level 6) with honours, which has further strengthened my organisational and communication skills—important qualities when managing routines, schedules, and working closely with families.
I’m located in Harlow, just 5 minutes away from the Town Park and Pets Corner, which are fantastic places for children to explore and enjoy the outdoors. The children in my care have regular opportunities to visit these spots, where they can feed the animals, run around, and connect with nature. It’s a great way for them to stay active and engage with the world around them while having fun.

Our son has been with Carmen for a while now and loves his time there. There is no tears that drop off as he's so excited to see his friends and Carmen sends us lots of lovely pictures and updates of what they get up to during the day.
In a world where we have so many things to worry about it's so nice to be able to leave our child in the hands of someone who is trustworth and loving and treats our child like her own. If you are looking for a childminder, you'd be very happy with leaving your kid with her.

As a first-time mum returning to work when my son was just 9 months old, I was naturally anxious about leaving him in someone else’s care. From the moment we met Carmen, however, those worries quickly faded. She has created a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment that truly feels like a home away from home.
Carmen is not only incredibly loving and attentive, but also deeply committed to the holistic development of every child in her care. I’ve been continuously impressed by the variety and creativity of the activities she plans – from muddy car washes and polar adventures, to dentist role play, reading sessions, pizza-making classes, nursery rhyme discos, and picnics. These aren’t just fun—they are thoughtfully designed to support the children’s cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
As a parent, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your child is thriving in a caring and enriching setting. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her and cannot recommend her enough.
