Great for our 2 children with additional needs

We have had the pleasure of having Flossy as our babysitter, and she has truly been exceptional. From the onset, Flossy distinguished herself with her punctuality, always arriving on time for her appointments with us. Her dependability in this regard has been a significant comfort, knowing we can rely on her presence exactly when needed.

What truly sets Flossy apart, however, is her vibrant energy and remarkable adaptability. She possesses a rare blend of enthusiasm and patience, which resonates well with our children. We were very particular in our search for a babysitter who could understand and cater to the specific needs of our children, who come from a trauma background and have additional needs such as FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Flossy has exceeded our expectations in this area.

Her approach is both gentle and effective, creating a safe and engaging environment for our children. It's evident that Flossy has a natural affinity for working with children who require that extra bit of care and attention, and her ability to connect with them on their level is truly admirable.
